Meetings

The purpose of our meetings is to make and listen to music. Come to sing. Come to listen. Newcomers are always welcome.

Meetings are held monthly at various locations in the greater Massachusetts area. That translates to anywhere within 2 1/2 hours of Boston. Most meetings are held at a member's home. Meetings usually start in mid-afternoon on a Saturday or Sunday and run until everyone goes home (or is thrown out.) Sometimes the host will provide dinner, sometimes we will have a pot luck, and sometimes we just send out for pizza.

Meeting locations, dates, and times are generally set 2 months in advance. If you would like to volunteer to host a meeting, please email us, removing the obvious spamtrap. If you would like to join our mailing list or get directions to a specific meeting, please contact us.

Past meetings have been in various locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Some months NESFA generously allows us to use its clubhouse in Somerville, MA. The January and February meetings take place in conjunction with and at the two major Boston area science fiction conventions, Arisia and Boskone, respectively.
